Dr. Lisha Jindal is a psychologist and founder of RFP, with an M.A. & Psy.D (HC) in clinical psychology, along with specialised training in relationship & family therapy & Life coaching.

She brings a warm, individualised approach to counselling, helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, attachment issues, overthinking and life transitions.

How much does a therapy session cost?

Case-by-case basis. Sessions are scheduled during Indian Standard Time (IST) working hours, Monday to Sunday. Please inquire if you're in a different time zone.
