Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Agreement
By booking or attending sessions with Reach for Peace, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Services
Reach for Peace provides professional online counselling and therapy with psychologist Dr. Lisha Jindal. Sessions are conducted online by appointment (Monday–Sunday, subject to availability). This is not a 24×7 crisis service. If you need emergency or free crisis support in India, contact Tele-MANAS at 14416 or local emergency services.
Eligibility
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. Guardians should contact us before booking for a minor.
Bookings, fees, and packages
- Session fees and packages are as listed on the website at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Student discounts, if offered, require a valid student ID shared over WhatsApp as described on the site.
- A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it and any required payment or deposit is received.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel where possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or in part at our discretion, which we will communicate clearly when you book.
Client responsibilities
You agree to join sessions from a reasonably private space, keep login/links confidential, and communicate respectfully. Therapy outcomes vary; we do not guarantee specific results.
Professional boundaries
Our relationship is a professional therapeutic one. Communication outside sessions should stay related to scheduling or care coordination unless otherwise agreed as part of the treatment plan.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials we provide remain our property (or that of our licensors). You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except for personal use related to your care.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reach for Peace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram / Haryana shall have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
